Some ways to love (Free Write)
I got this idea from our church. In church, we don't just learn on how to thank God and stuff but also the things we are experiencing in our daily life. One of the major things we do in order to live (I suppose) is to LOVE. People have their own way to love a person, of course but this idea (below) are some of the things I learned from our church that will surely work and must have in a relationship.
1.) Listen without interrupting (Proverbs 18:2)
"A fool has no delight in understanding,But in expressing his own heart."
Sometimes people want somebody to listen to what they want to say without someone's opinion. A good listener, we should be (somehow).
2.) Speak without accusing (James 19:1)
" Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to talk"
You know God gave us two ears because we should listen twice as much as we talk. Sometime we tend to say something to someone that would probably hurt them because we didn't think what to say before we speak them. "Think before you talk"
3.)Give without holding back (Proverbs 21:26)
"He covets greedily all day long, but the righteous gives and does not spare"
Remember giving s always part of being a lover. You need to give in order to love not just material thing but giving your love is already giving something. But it's always better to give cheerfully to anyone.
4.)Pray without ceasing ( Col. 1:9)
Praying with your love ones (family, partner, friends, relatives) is one of the best thing to do when you are together and one of the best thing to do to have a better understanding and relationship; of course you have to pray for the good of both/all of you.
5.)Answer without arguing (Proverbs 15:33)
"The fear of the Lord teaches a man wisdom, and humility comes before honor."
A direct answer from a question is enough unless he/she demands to explain it.
" It feels so good to love and to be loved as long as you're not hurting anyone"
