I got this idea from our church. In church, we don't just learn on how to thank God and stuff but also the things we are experiencing in our daily life. One of the major things we do in order to live (I suppose) is to LOVE. People have their own way to love a person, of course but this idea (below) are some of the things I learned from our church that will surely work and must have in a relationship.
6.) Share without pretending (Ephesians 4:15)
" Be sincere in what you're giving"
As we love someone weather it's your family, friend, relatives, community, boyfriend, or husband we should give from the bottom of our heart whatever it is that you're going to give always be glad that you can give. Just like what the quote says "It's better to give than to receive", however some people give because they want to be known and get something in return ... of course it's good that we get something in return after we give but sometimes we just have to be glad that we are able to give and don't always expect something in return.
Example; You love someone, and you do everything and your very best to get that "love" in return, but still ... he/she can't love you (that person is probably numb xD) sometimes it's always not enough ! :(
"If you are BLESSED, try to be a BLESSING to other people"-me :)
Never pretend that you really care to someone! It sucks if you encounter a person who ones care about you but then you realize he/she was just pretending the whole time that he/she really care because they want to get something from you.
7.) Enjoy without complaining (Philippians 2:14)
"Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” (I love this verse :))
The verse says it all...actually. But I want to have my own very brief explanation :D.
We encounter things in our life that we are not suppose to complain about I remember one thing in my family; my dad gave my mom three roses, why ? because he loves her that's why xD and it doesn't have to be Valentines day of her birthday to be sweet to her. So when my mom got the roses, she was complaining (and happy at the same time xD) why did my he gave her some flowers and where in the world did he get those fresh roses in the middle of the night after work (I don't know either). Then my dad said why do people complain or keep on asking questions when they receive present... then you realize it actually happen. (but they didn't fight okay . HAHA)
" Complaining to one another won't fix the problem" Have you ever commit a problem with someone (this happen normally between couples) and both of you keep on complaining to each other and saying things that probably hurt your feelings, well guess what complaining to each other won't fix it ! You better talk to each other calmly and that will really help unless you want to ruin your relationship then it's up to you :p.
8.) Trust without wavering (1 Corinthian 13:7)
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." (sweetest verse <3 )

So ...yah Trust without hesitating but remember you can not trust everyone !
9.) Forgive without punishing (Corinthian 3:13)
"Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Some people seek for revenge whenever they got knocked down (not literally) by their enemies. ("Love your enemies" but not devil) Sometimes they forgive them , however, they want them ti experience what they had and in order to do that they'll punish them and that's not a good thing to do. I know we are all a sinner but don't add your mistake by punishing other people. "Forgive and move on !"
I just thought that (some) people do not do negative things to their parents that might hurt them or even hate you but they can do it to their friends because they're sure that they will be forgiven easily. Make sense but sometimes its true.
10.) Promise without forgetting (Proverbs 13:12) (perhaps, my favourite one :D)
"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life."
"Promise..." One of the most common word we hear from the people we love.
Promise- Assure someone that one will definitely do, give, or arrange something; undertake or declare that something will happen. (resource: dictionary.com)
Promises are something we hear almost every day and we like those promises to be real not just words right ?
You must not make your promises fall for it might bring a disappointment to the person you promised to. Don't do the things you don't want to happen to yourself. Disappointment is never a good thing to experience, and one of the most reason why people get disappointed is because of the promises that failed to happen.
" We make things to make people expect"
"Do not make expectation and let it fall"

Hello Friend! You might have a different perspective in LOVE and ways to have it, however, this (blog entry) is not just the way and you might not agree in other things I wrote it' fine :). This is just some of the things/perspective that I could share. I'm glad you read it all. <3
