2nd Quarter Exam !!!

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH Exam papers are approaching !! I haven't review any of my subject because I might forgot them during the exam, so I'll probably start reviewing on Tuesday =)..
I hope everyone can do it well and aim a better grade than last quarter =).

Game and Pizza Party ~

Last week we had one of the most activity we've ever done :D ..... we played a game after discussing things about triangles. The game was actually more fun than I thought specially seeing some of my classmate's faces losing and laughing so hard :D ... That time we were all worry free from any hard topic =_= .. I hope we could still have things fun as that . Afterwards, we all got pizza even only group 2 won. I think everyone was very cooperative and competitive during the game, I hope not just about the pizza =)) .

Hello slope ~

We started our lesson lesson about slope last Monday ... I was a bit confused last Monday since we just had our Marathon run the day before the discussion ... so I wasn't really in my normal-working mind :D .. Anyways, I actually prefer this topic that proving =_= .. Of course. But we need to take both during the test.

It's December !!! And our first long test for this quarter will be on Monday, Dec. 3 =) Let's see what will happen -__-

5k run !

Okay ... this topic is obviously not related to Math (free write) .

Today was very exhausted day indeed. MITIS joined the Haribon run, some grade 9 and other  higher levels joined because we were required too. It was a good experience sine it was my first timejoining a marathon run :D . Most of us did 5k including the woman reading this :D . I was actually worried about miss Mae during that time because he had to run for 10k (which she chose) haha I was worrying because he might not be able to make it since 10k is a very long run (for me xD) .... Fortunately, she did it ! :D haha I was really proud of her :3 .... and the other teachers did 5k too. I'm not really worried about them, I know they can do it :D .. specially miss Yo . I was actually amaze how teachers show their competitiveness in any kind of activity :D ... And that sort of inspires me HAHA...

p.s- I hope no one in my class (and me of course) left ther prooving knowledge :D haha.

Other Side

At this moment, I can't think of anything that is very relatable topic to discuss with this blog entry. However, I found an idea which I think I can share to students (?) .

So math is really everywhere O_O ... even when I play guitar xD .

I think it's normal if some people aren't that good at math .Of course. I hope it won't be the way to make someone feel less smart. There are still a lot of things to be good at, things that can make us a better person and as a better society member.

Hello 2nd Quarter!

Second Quarter just started 2 weeks ago and so far our lessons are still catchy xD . I just hope everything will go well ... I mean, I hope even are topics get quiet hard and confusing I will still manage to understand it properly ^^.

Hello Second Quarter

Last week we started our first lesson for this quarter and I'm actually liking it so far, because it's not hard YET . I will try to study after class about our previous lessons if I have more free time at home so I won't forgot easily. This coming week we will be having our "most favorite'' lesson; PROVING. I hope we can understand this easily this time. -_-

Feels uneasy :/

Last Friday we took our 1st quarter exam . After the exam .. yes, most us, of course felt more comfortable and happy at the same time because, exams are done. But I felt really nervous after the exam ... I thought to myself; what if I fail ? :( What if I didn't make it well ? :( .. I don't know if it becomes easier since it's multiple choice or still quiet complicated =_= . I hope I didn't fail Geometry. Just in case I fail (hope not x_x) It should not be a reason for me to give up or feel so bad because it might affect my other subjects and I don't want that to happen. But seriously I feel so uncomfortable and paranoid at the moment. I also pray that everyone in my class will get a good result from our exams.

Prove me I'm wrong !

We've been studying about proving and practicing a lot of examples every meeting. And I'm telling you it ain't easy but the more we practice the more we understand it little by little =) which is a good thing I guess (?) This past few days I can't really focus on my math works because every time I think of the other topics from math and other subject since quarter exam is approaching they would just totally mix up on my mind X_X . However, I'm really trying my best to focus in every thing one by one. All iz well.

No Solving ...

This time we've been discussing about proving statement and YES ! this topic does not include any solving (yet?). It wasn't hard every time we answer each question with miss Anna. But I believe that I will be able to answer it alone next time I just have to listen to miss Anna carefully and understand her discussion and never give up because she's giving her very best to help us learn as what she said . I think some of us should not think that this topic is hard because the more we think it's hard it will really be hard, we just have to think that we will be able to understand and get it without complaining. AJA !

p.s- We're just starting but it seems like our topic is a complicated than we expected. I know its gonna be really tough but I know miss Anna will really help us learn every thing and in order to understand it we must help ourselves as well .

1st Long Exam

Last week we had or first long exam and it was not so hard but every time all the topics are mixed up n one take exam I'm getting confused. I hope I'll have a 'not-so-bad' grade =_= *crossfingers*

Polygons

We've been studying Polygons this past days. When I first saw the shapes I'm actually familiar with it but not with their names :/ when we were assigned to write the no. of diagonal, no. of diagonal from a vertex, and no. of triangles , I actually did it manually that's why I had a hard time and I had to repeat it all over again every time I miscount one line and the time came when I knew the formula T_T too late I already answer everything without the formula but I checked it again and good thing I noticed my wrong answers so I had a chance to do it again (at home) . And I hope I can memorize all the names of each polygon and be familiar with it T_T


P.S- Getting to nervous for our coming test . =_= AJA!

QUIZ T_T

Last Friday we had our first quiz in Geometry. It wasn't easy of course, but during the time of our quiz my mind is really not in geometry mode... I mean, its like all the thing I reviewed and studied are not in my mind at that moment (black out I guess? =_=) . I know it's weird and some off my classmates had the same experienced too T_T .. Any ways I'm trying to think positive every time I remember our quiz.
I also reviewed the formulas of midpoint and distance the most but unfortunately it was not in the quiz =_= . My bad .

Plate Cover *bow* (free write)

Last week we had to draw some plates ( e.g copying angle etc.). And we have to come up our our own cover design which should be made out of 2 1/8 illustration board . And this is what I made

The one in the left upper part is one of the thing I've done today which is our birthday corner #doodle :3

and the 2 pictures below are my cover for my plates the one on the right lower part is the cover and the other one is the back part which is full of different geometry figures and formulas . 

p.s those formulas actually made me dizzy thinking how does it work T_T

Gwayd 9 =)

This time I'd say something about my classmates ..... haha not really .
 I was just wondering if the number of our class will still increase or decrease . Well, I think it will increase until 2nd quarter and it might decrease on the next 3rd and fourth quarter because most Koreans leave MITIS for good (?) without finishing the school year and that's not really good :(. I hope  our classmates and I :D can maintain the  peaceful room that we got this past days :D . Unless Leo arrive +_+ but I guess he has to stay in ESL for the mean time :D which sounds pretty good to the rest of  grade 9 . I know we're not all that close yet but I really hope that this new students will response to us Filipino everytime we talk to them haha because I remember when me and Joy tried to talk to Emmanuel he just bow his head and we were like (??) (??) LOL , but that's alright we understand maybe he's just shy to talk to some creature like me and Joy :D. Sometimes I'm thinking maybe I'm creeping my new classmates out when I'm trying to talk to them randomly :D.

Hello Variables!

We studied about Postulate, Theorem, midpoint, and bisector. These topics aren't that hard yet =/ but they are complicated sometimes. And I guess I have to deal with this variables again which I think is reallllllly normal since I'm studying math (duh -.-) . I hope the next topics won't be that hard for us :c.

Refelection I

Today was my first day in school and my first day to have a Geometry class with ms. Anna. It wasn't so bad its actually better than I expected . We studied about define and undefine terms in geometry which I think is the first step to learn Geometry, this time it wasn't so hard . Well, I guess maybe after a month or two it might be very complicated . However, we had a very quiet class today which is very unusual . Unlike last year our class was one of the noisiest class (I guess ).
I'm pretty sure this year is gonna be tough but I believe ms. Anna will help us learn geometry fun and exciting =) .

I didn't chose playground because I like to play. I chose playground because most children are happy when they are at the playground and seeing some children happy makes me feel happy as well . I don't like children that much though =/ . You can also have some fresh air when you're in a playground . And playground kinda reminds me of my childhood.
